As the proud new owner of A New You Electrolysis & Beauty Bar, I'm honored to carry forward a legacy that spans over three decades while bringing fresh energy and expanded services to our beloved Wappingers Falls community.
Growing up surrounded by three generations of electrolysis professionals (my grandmother Alice, my aunt Rachael, and my cousin Morgan) I learned early on that true beauty comes from helping others feel confident in their own skin. After graduating from Capri Beauty School in 2019, I've combined our family's time-tested expertise in permanent hair removal with modern beauty services including lash lifts, brow lamination, and tinting.

A FAMILY TRADITION OF EXCELLENCE
A New You Electrolysis was founded in 1994 by Rachael Seaman, P.E., who trained at the prestigious Berkowitz School of Electrolysis. With a vision to provide permanent hair removal solutions that truly work, Rachael built a practice rooted in expertise, compassion, and lasting results. Over three decades, she helped hundreds of clients throughout the East Coast achieve smooth, hair-free skin and renewed confidence.
From the beginning, this was a family affair. Rachael's mother, Alice Kobylack—also trained at The Berkowitz School of Electrolysis—joined the practice early on, bringing decades of experience and professionalism. A member of both the American Electrology Association and the New York Electrology Association, Alice set the standard for excellence that continues today.
As the practice grew, so did the family's commitment. Rachael's daughter Morgan Maney became the third generation to study at The Berkowitz School, introducing updated protocols and treatment standards that modernized services while honoring the practice's foundations. Rachael's sister, Regina Mateja, also joined the team after completing an in-depth apprenticeship under Alice, adding even more depth to our family's combined expertise.
Together, this remarkable team built more than 55 years of combined experience—and created a welcoming, family-centered environment where every client is treated like part of the family.
THE NEXT CHAPTER
Today, A New You is led by Kyla Musso, who represents the natural evolution of our family legacy. As Alice's granddaughter and Rachael's niece, Kyla grew up immersed in the world of permanent hair removal and beauty care. After graduating from Capri Beauty School in 2019, she's brought new life to the business by expanding our services to include professional lash lifts, brow lamination, and lash and brow tinting.
As owner, Kyla leads our online booking and is your primary contact for all services. Alice Kobylack and Regina Mateja continue to serve longtime clients by appointment—maintaining the deep relationships they've built over decades while Kyla welcomes new clients and expands our service offerings.
